About a week ago when I was working a regular customer (Nipple-Dave) came in and said he had found 2 kittens. Even though I was at work, I decided to take them anyway. Their mom abandoned them because they were sick (they had eye and upper respiratory infections and were pretty much skin and bones), I took them to the vet, got some antibiotics and fed them (they eat like little fatties) they are all better now. The thing is I can't keep them. We already have 2 cats of our own, and I'm going back up to school in the fall and they can't come with me as much as I wish they could. I'm looking for a good home for both of them (they have to go together), so if you're interested let me know.

This is Maximus; male, about 3.5 weeks old. He's my favorite, follows you where ever you go. Already litter-trained.

This is Cicero; male, about 4.5 weeks old. Also litter-trained. He's more shy and likes to hide more than Maximus. He's currently MIA.

So I've been home for less than a week and it has been the most stressful and busy week of my life. I still haven't had time to unpack, and am currently living out of a suitcase, my room is a disaster. I've worked 8 hours everyday except Monday, and I have to work everyday until next Monday (that's almost 8 straight days of working, it's shitty). I started my summer classes at OU this week (..well to be specific they started the 2nd when I was still taking exams at MSU). I'm taking a biology class and I was enrolled in Calc2, but had to drop it because after the first day I knew there was no way in hell I was going to be able to catch up after missing the equivilent of 2 weeks, with working & etc. So i'll have to take that some other summer. Oh well. Anyway, I walked into my Bio class this past Monday to find that there was an exam over 5 chapters the next day. SWEET. It was incredibly easy though (for not studying at all) so that was cool. My professor looks like a fish.

In other news, me and my dad joined a softball league, and we play every Monday. I played my first game of softball in over 5 years this past Monday, the coach put me as catcher and I got 2 people out on pop-ups. Yes, I am that sweet.

Other than that I finally got my final grades from this semester. 4.0 in spanish, 3.5 in Biology and Chemistry, and (HAHA) 2.5 in Macroecon. That class sucked my balls. I worked my ass off more than any of my other classes combined and still ended up with below a 3.0. Oh well, at least I know I tried my hardest. Anyway, that leaves me with a 3.756 or something up there at MSU. Pretty proud of that shiznit. I AM A GENIUS.

I missed the Pistons game tonight. That sucks. Anyone know what the score was?

Okay so only 5 days until Finals, and 9 days til I move back home for the summer. How depressing. I must say though, this year has been an amazing one. So I thought I would share some of my favorite photo memories of this past year:

Step 1: Put your (winamp, itunes, etc.) on random.
Step 2: Pick your favorite lines from the first 25 songs that play.
Step 3: Post and let everyone you know guess what song the lines come from.
Step 4: Cross out the songs when someone guesses correctly.

1. I’ve been drifting along in the same stale shoes, loose ends tying a noose in the back of my mind.
2. Why don't the newscasters cry when they read about people who die? At least they could be decent enough to put just a tear in their eyes.
3. I have a bird that whistles and I have birds that sing.
4. There's fighting on the left, and marching on the right. Don't look up in the sky, you're gonna die of fright. Here comes the razors edge.
5. Creating a radio played just for two, in the parlor with a moon across her face. And through the music he sweetly displays, silver speakers that sparkle all day.
6. I wish that they'd swoop down, in a country lane, late at night when I'm driving. Take me onboard their beautiful ship, show me the world as I'd love to see it.
7. Semolina pilchard, climbing up the Eiffel Tower. Elementary penguin singing Hare Krishna. Man, you should have seen them kicking Edgar Allan Poe.
8. Since then it's been a book you read in reverse, so you understand less as the pages turn.
9. Oh Lord, won’t you buy me a night on the town. I’m counting on you Lord- please don’t let me down. Prove that you love me, and buy the next round...
10. You seem so out of context in this gaudy apartment complex.
11. But, my, my, my right before my very eyes, Satan came with fire to burn me, wouldn't listen when they warned me. A dagger in my back while she's calling me honey, wouldn't stand back, for neither love nor money.
12. This one’s for all you rock and roll philistines, all you non-believers, we’re gonna give it to you Soledad Style.
13. You know it's so hard to love, someone that don't love you. Won't get satisfaction, don't care what you do. So hard to love, someone that don't love you.
14. Five to one, baby. One in five. No one here gets out alive, now. You get yours, baby- I'll get mine.
15. It feels good to know you're all mine. Now drive me far away, I don't care where just far…
16. I see a little silhouetto of a man, Scaramouche, scaramouche will you do the Fandango-
17. Come sit next to me. Pour yourself some tea. Just like Grandma made when we couldn't find sleep.
18. I've loved, I've laughed and cried. I've had my fill; my share of losing. And now, as tears subside, I find it all so amusing.
19. I live in an apartment on the 99th floor of my block. And I sit at home lookin out the window imagining the world has stopped
20. I can't seem to see you baby. Although my eyes are open wide. But I know I'll see you once more…
21. I'm counting on, a heart I know by heart, to walk me through this war, where memories distort.
22. Transmission third world war third round. A decade of the weapon of sound above ground.
23. We’re just two lost souls swimming in a fish bowl.
24. Well, he puts his cigar out in your face just for kicks. His bedroom window, it is made out of bricks.
25. Along the way tears drown in the wake of delight. There's nothing like this built today, you'll never see a finer ship in your life. We sail today, tears drown in the wake of delight

I'd have to say that having a cold is the most annoying thing ever. Sore throats from sleeping with your mouth open, unlimited flow of snot from the nose, feeling like your head is going to explode, the tipsy-zombie feeling nyquil gives you the next morning, etc. Paints a pretty picture doesn't it? Yep, I feel nasty.

It was really cool seeing all you guys last weekend at the Summit.

This past weekend was pretty AWESOME. Well for the most part, and by most part, I mean Saturday night. But I'll get to that later. Last week was pretty terrible. 3 exams - Macroecon., Biology, and Chemistry, and a Spanish quiz. Yeah, I was stressed out. The plan was to top the terrible week off by playing a prank on the suitemates for April Fool's, going to the Blanche show friday night at the Magic Bag, then watching the game over christine's on saturday. April Fool's went smoothly, 240 yds. of duct tape later.. Imagine waking up to thisCollapse ) -- it was hilarious!

Well after driving all the way to Ferndale to find that the show had sold out, instead of driving all the way back, Kate, Sharon and I went over Andrew's and hung out for the night. That ended up being pretty cool, just sitting there bullshitting all night and sipping Martinis. Sometimes you need a good conversation. We started back to E.L. around 3 the next day, got ready, and headed out around 9:30. We sat around talking, watching the game, -- well until we lost. After the game we went outside to see a good 40 cops in gas masks prancing about the streets. About 10 minutes later, it seemed as if all hell had broken loose. It felt like we were in a war zone. I got tear gassed like 12 times!Collapse )

Next weekend, plans for a possible road trip to Ferris, and then Saturday to Ann Arbor for the Brendan Benson show.

eh.
You scored as agnosticism. You are an agnostic. Though it is generally taken that agnostics neither believe nor disbelieve in God, it is possible to be a theist or atheist in addition to an agnostic. Agnostics don't believe it is possible to prove the existence of God (nor lack thereof).

Agnosticism is a philosophy that God's existence cannot be proven. Some say it is possible to be agnostic and follow a religion; however, one cannot be a devout believer if he or she does not truly believe.
